Role: Project, Design and Team Leader (Faculty Fellow, Center for Public Interest Design, PSU)

R.O.S.S.O (Reclaiming Outdoor Spaces with Seating Opportunities) sparked from the need for furniture for the PSU’s Montgomery Street closure event in Spring 2019. That meant a product easy to move, flexible, durable and accessible. Composed by eight modular pieces, each one installed on a 40”x48” pallet, ROSSO is characterized by a double soul: wooden light-gray triangular components create space for users to sit, lay down, or stand; bright red metal customized components transform into amenities such as tables, books shelves and lamps.
